Creamy Lime Pie

Filling:
1 lb Cream cheese
3/4 c Lime juice
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 Lime; zest of
Topping:
1 c Creme fraiche
1/4 c Powdered sugar

For the pie crust, use your favorite graham cracker crust recipe and press into the pie dish. To prepare the filling, combine the cream cheese, lime juice, condensed milk until smooth. Add the lime zest and mix thoroughly. Pour into pie shell. For the topping, whisk together the creme fraiche and powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Using a spatula, spread evenly over the surface of the filling. Chill pie for 4-6 hours before serving.
