Apple Cinnamon Streusel Pie

1 9" pie crust
2 lb McIntosh apples; peeled and sliced
1/2 c Sugar
3 tb Butter
1 ts Cinnamon
Topping:

1 1/4 c Flour
3/4 c Brown sugar
1/2 c Walnuts
1 ts Cinnamon
10 tb Chilled butter; cut into small pieces

Thaw crust if frozen in pan. If using refrigerated crust, soften and place in pie plate. Spread apples in crust. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar. Dot with 3 Tbls butter. Sprinkle with 1 tsp cinnamon. For topping, mix flour, sugar, walnuts and cinnamon. Cut in butter until moist clumps form. Sprinkle topping over filling. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour. Cover crust edges with foil if browning too much.
