Blueberry Cream Cheese Pie

Crust:

1 1/2 c Flour
2 tb Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Wesson oil
Filling:


1 8oz cream cheese
1/2 c Powdered sugar
1 ts Vanilla
1 cn Comstock blueberry pie fillng
2 tb Cold milk
1 Bottle whipping cream

Crust: Whip oil and milk til cloudy and mix with dry ingredients in 9 inch pie pan. Shape with fingers. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Filling: Cream together cheese, sugar and vanilla. Whip cream until stiff and fold into creamed mixture. Pour into cooled crust, spread blueberry filling on top.
